The CodeWarrior™ USB TAP host target interface is a feature-packed, no nonsense run-control tool that allows developers to save precious development time during target bring-up and debug providing visibility into and control of Freescale™ on-chip debug (OCD) features. The USB TAP integrates seamlessly with the CodeWarrior integrated. May 07,  · The USB TAP for DSC has been used with the DSC for many years. Provision has been made to utilize a newer programming hardware module, the CodeWarrior TAP. Now, with a simple upgrade to software (the ccs directory of CodeWarrior), the DSC may also be used with the CodeWarrior TAP’s USB interface. The CodeWarrior TAP probe uses advanced emulation technology to provide control and visibility into your target embedded system. Combined with a host debugger, the CodeWarrior TAP probe speeds the debugging process by letting you interactively control and examine the state of your target system.
